This project included leveling the entire property to dirt and turning an outdated space into an inviting space for all to enjoy — a complete reset that let the design breathe from the ground up.
The upper level centers on a revamped 500 square foot deck, now fitted with planter boxes, a grill area, and generous seating for gathering. Below, the lower level was transformed with a 700 square foot flagstone patio and walkway that ties the whole yard together.
More than 500 plants bring the landscape to life in every direction, and beautiful outdoor lighting compliments the whole thing at night — extending the space well past sunset.
